This program is used for the conversion lists of proxy servers to the standard form and filter this list (if its needed). This program does NOT check proxies, it only prepares a list for proxy checkers. (This is an add-on for proxy-checkers). The Proxy List filter can Extract proxy servers from different files (HTML, TXT). Source files can contains a proxy servers, and some other information, for example comments.
